It's great to see that you guys are back! I was a big fan during the late 80s. Someone stole all my Tackhead and Fats Comet records in 89 and I never got around to replacing them. You guys played several shows in Boston in 87 & 88 but I was either under age or broke, so I couldn't go. I can't wait to see you guys at The Echo this Wednesday! I have go out tomorrow and buy some Tackhead!!!

I predict that T-funk will not only rock the casbah but will demolish it!

Thank you for the amazing performance in NYC! I loved hearing the old favorites given new life and the new material is fantastic. Can't wait to get my hands on Skip's new disc for more blues through the lens of dub.

It was a privilege to attend such a masterful performance.

Peace.

As Tackhead is the premier funk band over the last 25 years with so much history rooted deep in SO many influences that one could not possibly cite them all within the confines of this forum, it dismayed your humble narrator to no end as to the lack of respect that Tackhead was shown at the Black Cat last night as refelcted by the number of people that attended this wonderful show. Even though Bernard stated, "It doesn't matter how many of you there are, we'll rock just as hard" and they DID or when Skip said, "It's even better 'cause you're the chosen few", which we were, Washington, DC should colllectively grovel to garner forgiveness from the Masters of the Funk World. Your humble reporter can state, without hesitation, that the 15 year wait to experience this band again was WELL WORTH IT and that the group rocked to an extent previously unknown. Rock On, Brothers of Tackhead and, perhaps just perhaps, on your next excursion to our nation's capital, you will be greeted with the respect due your lofty position in the history of music.

Bowery Ballroom,NYC was gutted by the raging explosive world consuming TAckHeaD on tuesday. Proving themselve once again to be the greatest postmodern-nuclear-heavy metal-funk ensemble to ever walk the earth. Great guys too. best of luck for further devastation! Thanks Doug,Keith,Adrian,Skip,
Bernard! Rockit!
