New work by Adrian Sherwood
Adrian Sherwood has been really busy the past few months. Not only did he just release his first ever solo record (see below), and finished Little Axe's third album Hard Grind, he also found time to do some remixing as well!
Adrian Sherwood has been really busy the past few months. Not only did he just release his first ever solo record (see below), and finished Little Axe's third album Hard Grind, he also found time to do some remixing as well!
On the latest release by French electronic artists Air, called Everybody Hertz. is a track remixed by AMS. Adrian asked a toaster to do the chorus of How does it Make you Feel?, used a melodica for the synthesizer part of the track and added the rhythm track himself. Junior Delgado dropped by while Adrian was working on the track and was so thrilled by wat being created that he added some vocal parts.
The Adrian Sherwood version of How does it Make you Feel? appears on the cd release, and is also released on a coloured vinyl 7" with an edit of the original version on the flip side. Other remixes on the cd were made by Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk), The Hacker and Mr. Oizo, to name but a few.
